Vancouver, BC, April 21st, 2016
I, and the rest of #YVRBloggers team, went on-board of a Hop-On, Hop-Off experience in our beautiful Vancouver.
The weather wasn’t very promising in the morning, however by the time we were set to hit the road, the sun showed up!
It was a fun adventure! Also, it was very special for me, to my heart, to return to the Vancouver Aquarium; its been quite some years since the last time I went and it brought me back memories when my entire family came from Mexico to spent New Years with me. Back then we all went to the Aquarium with my nephews and niece and they truly enjoyed the Beluga spectacle for example.
This day we get the chance to see the new “Discover Rays” exhibition and its super cool! You are allowed to touch the back of the Rays!
Some of us also went to see the belugas and I got really nice shots that I will soon be posting here.
After the visit to the Vancouver Aquarium we were riding surrounding our beautiful City Neighbourhoods, heading to the BC Place where it would ended up being our last stop.
At the BC Place we went first to the Sports Hall of Fame, where we were very welcomed with wine and cheese and great hospitality from our tour guides.
We were then split into two groups, one went to see the Stadium inside and the other stayed inside the Hall of Fame, both guided tours and then we switched.
It was incredible to learn more about the Canadian Sports History, I’m very grateful to be a MexiCanadian. 🙂
The pick-up took place @ Canada Place, in front of the WESTCOAST Sightseeing kiosk.
We stopped to check out Discover Rays, the Vancouver Aquarium’s newest exhibit, also we had some time to see other attractions as well.
Thank you WESTCOAST Sightseeing for this opportunity!
We truly enjoyed the ride!
